Plettenberg Bay House
The four-bedroom home is set on a ridge overlooking a golf course in an exclusive Plettenberg Bay residential estate. The house is nestled into the hillside, with all rooms overlooking the valley below. A large open-plan living, dining and kitchen area is located on the lower level and roofed over with an indigenous landscaped garden which is overlooked by bedrooms on the upper floor. Purchase
Step 1: Inquire
You give us a call or email us to discuss your intentions and needs. We will be able to answer any questions you may have and help guide you to the Mobile Maisonette best suited for you.
Step 2: Assess
Once you have decided on you Mobile Maisonette type, we define your brief. This will include customised finishes and optional extras in order to achieve your dream Maisonette. In addition to defining your brief, we will do a high-level assessment your site in terms of access and logistics and confirm the manufacturing and delivery time frames.
Step 3: Deposit
Once the brief has been defined and you have signed off on it, we will invoice you for a 30% deposit according to our payment terms and conditions.
Step 4: Build
On receipt of the deposit, we will begin the manufacturing process of your Mobile Maisonette. Manufacturing time will take approximately 3-4 weeks to manufacture depending on the amount of customisation required and number of orders we receive.
Once manufacturing is complete, we will invoice you for a further 40% of the total cost.
Step 5: Deliver & Install
We are able to deliver anywhere in South Africa. The flat-pack component parts have been specifically sized to fit onto a trailer or on the back of a 4 x 4 pick-up truck for quick and easy transportation to urban areas or inhospitable sites located in out-of-the-way rural areas.
Our team of three installers have been specifically trained to install our Mobile maisonettes and pride themselves on erecting a complete shell within one day! Additional installation time may be required depending on the complexity of the site terrain or if additional decking and services is required.
On delivery and/or after installation the final 30% will be invoiced.
